Mediocre at best
It seemed to take a long time to get the truck. The person at the desk kept answering the phone and was not focused on service and getting me on the way. There were two other sales people in the office at the time and no other customers
The tail gate door stuck and took me ten minutes to figure out how to unstick it. That happened twice during the day. The person at the desk when I came back and reported the issue was unconcerned and sort of shrugged when I told him.
Not the end of the world but the experience was a little unprofessional.
