Car Shortages

Had a car reserved through my insurance company. Spoke with a female employee directly in the office on Monday afternoon. Was advised that there was a car waiting for me. Advised her that my vehicle was being towed Tuesday morning for repair and I will be in at 8:00AM on Tuesday to pick up rental. Arrived at rental office just after 8:00AM and was told there was no vehicle for me. Had to get one of their drivers to drive me to work with a guarantee that my rental will be delivered to my workplace later on that morning. The rental was delivered to my workplace later in the morning. This is not the first time I have made a reservation with this location and not have a car available at the confirmed pick up time. The staff blame their head office for the car shortages, the reservation system is broken and needs to be fixed.
