Long queuing to get the car...

The 2 staff members at the counter did their best but queuing for 90 minutes to collect a car which had been already booked... is just unacceptable. I rent very very regularly cars and that was an unexpected bad experience. With respect, I told the Staff. They were sincerely sorry but obviously very very busy. The car itself is a good experience.
