We are on a cross Canada trip hauling a 5 th wheel with our 1 ton Silverado. During a recent oil and filter service, we feel we were totally over charged. Paid a minimum of $20 more than anywhere else on our trip for the basic service. Then made the mistake of having them fill the def fluid. They charged us over $39 for 10 liters of def fluid, when you can buy it for less than $20 , pretty much anywhere. Then they charged us an additional $69 in labour to pour it into the tank. The total cost of a 10 liter container of def fluid was over $100. Hands down - they get the award for being the WORST GM dealer we've ever dealt with!!!
