Given Volkswagen Golf instead of full size

Hi Team, I had opted for a full size car and was provided with a golf with no leg room for back seat passenger and it did not even have a USB port for mobile charging. I struggled really bad to charge main mobile and had to make frequent stops on my trip... :(
