Type 1 Service
I booked a service where I would wait for my vehicle. I was early for my appointment but was greeted warmly by the service advisor. I requested the amount of time for the service and recall items and was told two hours. Check in took only a few minutes and I was on my way. I was called two hours later to ask if I needed the recommended additives and that my vehicle was ready for pickup. On arriving at the dealership I was again greeted with enthusiasm. We ran through the details of the service and paid my invoice in less than ten minutes. I was impressed with the Service Advisor (Jessica) who was very competent and knowledgeable. As this is my first visit to this dealership I plan on having all my future service work completed at Murray Hyundai.
