I was very disappointed with the extremely exaggerated charge of a whopping $94.- just to replace the cabin filter of my Maxima 2018.- I checked out the price of the filter and it's only $23.- at the auto parts dealer add another $15.- for a 5 minute labor so total cost should be around $40.- so I refused to change it at the dealership it's highway robbery and it's a shame that to know that the dealership is ripping off it's loyal customers this way. Would appreciate a reply by email or by phone.... thank you !!
