Extremely Sad with the treatment that i got at Roadsport Chrysler

What an extremely rude Service Staff. I am saddend that dealers can treat their customer so awful. Even if you buy a brand new car the disrespect and insult is just unbelievable. I own a 2018 Chrysler 300 S. Bought it brand new. Have been bring my car to Road Sport Chrysler for Service. Mostly i deal with Joe who by the way is the best service advisor and is a very nice gentleman. When i dropped my car i explained to Joe the noise which i think is because of the A/C compressor and when i hear the noise. Also my brakes were pulsating at only 18000 KM and i knew it was the rear brakes because and other dealer replaced my front brakes at only 6000 km. so i wanted them to look at my brakes which they charged me $65 diagnostic fee which i had no problem paying. I got a call from Road Sport Chrysler that my car is ready and they didn't find anything wrong with my AC and my rear rotors are bad. I asked the person who called me that if i could show the tech, the noise that i am hearing. She said yes. I went to pick up my car. when the tech bough my car out i sat with him and showed him the noise that i was hearing. He did hear the noise and then got aggressive and told me that why i wasted his time, none of that is on the work order. i told him i explained every thing to the service adviser and then he got more rude told me none of that explanation is here on the work order and pointed at my signature like you signed it. i told him i dint write the work order and i preceded towards the service desk. Mikaela Mahoney was the service advisor who i had book the appointment with and she was the one who was at the serivce desk. Tech rudly told her i hear a noise but it is very minor and it could be any thing. she look at my like you dint tell me any of that and then i explained that when i called to book the appointment i had explained exactly when am i hearing the noise, when i dropped the car then i explained the same thing and when Mikaela called me to tell me my car is ready even then i explained it. All of a sudden Mikaela slammed her hands on the desk and shouted OK, OK i take the blame OK I take the blame. She rudely yanked the Tag of my key slammed the key on her desk. Told me when do you want to come back cause i will need to your car apart and will take up to 2 days. In the shock i just could believe what had just happened to me. i just paid my dues and left. when i sat in the car i also noticed that my dash cam was unplugged i called the dealership back and had asked them if they have a policy that dash cams cant be active in the shop and i believe it was Joe on the phone who told me no there is no such policy. So i asked him why is it that my dash cam is unplugged ? He doesn't know why would the tech do that. I am afraid to take my car back. Beacuse i dont know what are they going to do to my car if the first thing they are doing is unplugging my dash cam. I just can not believe that Road Sport Chrysler just dealt with me like this. Its not like i am asking them to fix it for free. i have a 7 year comprehensive warranty. I have no words. Maybe this is my Last Mopar. I should take my business where it is appreciated and i am not disrespected.
