Service appointment - Thursday October 3, 2019
My vehicle was booked in for a recall repair. I was able to drop off my vehicle at Audi early enough in the morning and arrive at work on time for my normal work day, thanks to a highly efficient Audi Service Department and courtesy shuttle service. The repairs were completed on schedule as promised and the vehicle handed back to me, sparkling clean from the courtesy car wash. Russell, my service advisor texted regular updates and responded promptly to my texted questions.
