We were lucky that day to get Rob Derby as our sales representative and he went above and beyond to make sure I got a vehicle that I was happy with. The entire time he kept it fun and we had lots of laughs. It is honestly the best car I have ever purchased! On the day we picked it up we brought our 8 year old daughter with us. Rob took the time to make sure she knew how to work all the amazing entertainment features of the van. She already said that when she grows up she is going to buy her car from Rob. The financing of the van was done by James Ross yet another facet of the car buying experience that isn’t always that enjoyable. James made it a breeze and fun too.
