My car was not ready at the agreed time of pick up.

Despite having a booking confirmed, when I arrived to pick my car up, I was told it was not ready. Allegedly, one of their cars had a mechanic issue but I frankly did not believe what it was said. I had to wait for over an hour to get another vehicle which delayed my travel plans. When I finally return to see if the car was ready, the man said they had had one but he had not taken my phone number and therefore they had to wait until I went back. Ridiculous!! Topped up by the fact that I could not register all my drivers "The system does not take more than 2 drivers for some reason". As a result, I ended up driving most of my 2 week journey myself.
