25% higher rent than agreed upon booking

A delayed flight caused them to cancel our booking without informing us, even though we had provided both flight number and telephone number when booking. We were therefore considered as walk inn customers and ended up paying 25% more for the hiring og the car. It is puur service that they are taking advantage of a delayed aircraft to cheat customers. We will never use them again and will not recommend them to others.
