NO INTEGRATE AND HONESTY

My recent service with Mercedes - Benz SASKATOON was horrible and very disappointed. they LIE, abuse customer rights. Wat happened was my 2016 GLE indicator light showed up check your break pad. Then I called the service team to book an apt for the msg, dropped off my suv in the morning before work, after work, I went to pick up my suv, they told me they changed all the break pads, here you go, $2600 you need to pay. I was shocked, I asked them how come there is no one told me about this cost, nor went through the price with me?? Then they got nervous, they tried to asked around who did the order etc, finally General Manager got involved, he said was the service manager did the order, he called service manager in his room, 5 mins afrer, he came out, he told me service manager told him that they told me about the cost and went through pricing with me, I was shocking and speechless, the service manager LIED, unbelievable. Then I asked the GM to call the service manager back to confirm, I like to talk to her face to face to confirm if you guys ever told me or went through the quote with me. GM was rude, unprofessional, he didn't even ask me what happened, simply talked to the service manager only, then he told me I have 2 options, either you pay this bill in full, or we take your pads all out. How he treated me was shocking. then I said don't touch my suv, I will talk to my husband first. The second day, service manager called my husband to apologize, called me on her personal cell to apologize, we asked them to take out the pads. GM apologized to me when I was picking up my suv, I told him that they have failed both on INTEGRATE and HONESTY. The service was bad, but more disappointed how they dealt with their mistake with no INTEGRATE AND HONESTY.
