Decent dealership

To start - nothing was wrong with the service of the employee's. Honda took over two months to fix a warranty issue with a faulty Air Conditioning unit. It seems to be widespread and Honda's solution for the wait was to try a different dealership. As a Honda dealership, Honda's response affects my opinion towards Palladino which, given the very lengthy delay in getting parts, is disappointing. I really do hope my car does not experience any issues like this for the next several years that I have my Honda.
