Going from driving two cars of early 2000 vintage to leasing a new 2019 vehicle was somewhat daunting to both of us. Nathan was helpful and patient in leading us through the "leasing vs buying" pros and cons. Having decided to lease, he listened to our "would like to have" list and suggested a vehicle he felt would best meet our needs. He then led us through the new electronic, computerized features that we would possibly eventually adopt as natural!!! Well, one of us might, the other still feels overwhelmed by all the gadgets. Nathan was always respectful and never made us feel rushed, nor did he make us feel that our questions were silly although I am sure he thought some were . He knows all aspects of the automotive sales industry and his demeanor in dealing with the public is outstanding. We are pleased with our experience in dealing with Nathan Knelsen.
