I was a customer at Hyundai on Robertson rd. I chose your facilities as a replacement because they closed their doors. What took them 45 min to 1 hr to do an oil change and put my winter tires on my car, it took you guys 2 hrs. A few times, i saw the technician stop working on my car for about 15-20 min. Also, on my bill, i saw that you charged me 20$ to inspect my cars (lights, doors, etc...) This inspection was of no charge on Robertson rd. I am very disappointed in your service and if this keeps up, my next car will not be a Hyundai just because of you.
