He was very polite and did not try to pressure me into buying something that I did not want. After buying the vehicle, I noticed problems that I did not notice on the test drive and only noticed them when driving home back to Petawawa On. Justin took the lead and ensured that the proper repairs were done when I was back in Sudbury. One of the repairs had to be done at a different shop (muffler) and Justin drove my vehicle to be fixed and picked it up and returned it backed to the dealership which made it very easy for me. I highly recommend Justin Bertrand to everyone looking for a vehicle, and I am extremely pleased at the dealership as a whole.
