I brought my SUV in for winterizing on a Thursday morning, including installation of winter tires, etc. Many repairs were required and parts ordered and I was able to pick up my SUV the following Monday morning. My Service Advisor, Jessica Jorgenson, arranged for a courtesy car and kept me in the loop over the course of those 3 days. I have worked with Jessica for many years and have the upmost respect for her input. She is very respectful, honest and helpful. I was extremely appreciative of the courtesy car and the fact that the repairs and service could be done in "one visit" and I did not have to bring my vehicle back and forth for separate service visits.
