We bought a new Jeep Patriot in 2015. The buying process was about the only thing that was positive. Everything since has been a disaster. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE. They over charge on absolutely everything! charged us 81$ for a diagnostic on our alignment, then wanted to charge us another 475$ to do the alignment. Absolutely ridiculous. Safe to say we will NEVER EVER go back there, as well as tell all of our friends and family to never go there either.
