Cleared a check engine light before Sale

Everything went quick and easy until i had the vehicle off the lot for 45 mins and a check engine light came on. Went back to the dealership and they told me it was nothing to worry about and cleared it. Again, 45 mins later, the light came back on and stayed on. Was not impressed by this because it could mean that they cleared this code before i took the vehicle. Very shady. After going back a second time they took it for nearly 2 hours to diagnose it and told me there was a problem with the air intake and they would check for warranty or they will cover the damages. Nearly a month of driving with the check engine light on, i finally got notified that my part was in, and i was to take it to hyundai to get it fixed. I live 20 mins out of town and they notified me at around 11am that it the entire air intake needed to be changed out and i wouldnt be getting my vehicle back until the next morning. They couldnt offer a loner vehicle because "they need to keep them around for their customers". All in all, the staff i dealt with were really great. But to just get into a vehicle that was safetied 3 months prior have a check engine light come on is a bit worry some.
