He listened, delivered, and more. I had what I call "stupid questions" and he reassured me that all my questions were legit. After making the first offer, which i rejected, he said (don't worry, ill work for you, just let me see what I can do more to help you) And, he gave me all different options to suit my needs in a vehicle....I respect that and it was the best Honda experience i've had in 10+ years. The HR-V is my 3rd honda and with great service like I had, i will continue to buy Honda.
