Overcharged

I have been a loyal discount customer. However this time, the location (Yonge and Eglinton, Toronto) overcharged me for dropping keys in drop box instead of giving it in office. I returned car before my schedule drop time. This was not made clear when I rented and I was informed I could drop keys in the drop box. This is not legit and tantamounts to deception, because how will customer know we can’t drop keys in drop box. I urge discount car management to look into this matter. This not how you treat loyal customers
