The customer service I received when trying to pick up the vehicle was horrible.

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted with an aggressive and condescending attitude by the attendant. The attendant went as far as threatening me with not renting me the vehicle even after I had provided all required documentation. When I asked for his managers contact information he refused and said that he could only provide an email address. Further to the problem was when I spoke to the manager, he defended the attendants actions and completely neglected the fact that my primary complaint was related to customer service and the method in which a Discount employee spoke to a repeat customer. In all honesty if I did not receive a significant rebate due to a group rate, I would never rent from Discount. Poor manners, poor communication, rude and disrespectful.
