Poor Customer Service from the Service Manager - NEXT leave your vehicle there and have them pay your loaner!

For a $60,000 plus vehicle, less than a year old with less than 14,000 and being a previous customer of dealership you'd expect some decent customer service right? Well, so for a week now I have been without temp controls, any radio and nav functionality plus all the other bells and whistles of the luxury SUV called a Jeep. Then I am told I have to wait for this part, ok fine I get that - not in stock, BUT instead of leaving my vehicle over night, cause the policy I was told that if they can't fix the problem and the vehicle stays over night Jeep pays for a loaner $25/day until its repaired - I take my vehicle and deal with the issue expecting that when the part comes in I will be looked after ASAP what I was told. I get the call I have to wait another few days, you'd think for all the patience I have shown I'd be comp'd and oil change or at least a loaner for the day so not to further hassle with my life. I didn't think it was too much to ask but apparently its a hard NO. Ok, so that hard no cost you future references, taking my business else where and not a very kind review. Hope it was worth it, plus I still get to tell my story to all my friends on social media.
