More than disappointing

I have received the worst service from Myers Volkswagen since getting my new car in March of this year. It's always something that usually involves work not being done, no phone calls to let you know of delays, tires being stolen from their warehouse, and I could go on. I was so disappointed last night when I went to pick up my car at 6pm after having snow tires put on and it wasn't ready after dropping it off at 8am. No call to let me know so I ended up waiting for over an hour while they finished. Very frustrating and I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

More than disappointing

I have had nothing but problems since purchasing my 2019 Beetle Convertible with the service at Myers Volkswagen. I love my car but right from day one when they didn't have my paperwork done and I had to go home without my new car, it has been frustrating. In the spring, when it was time to put my brand new tires on, they had been stolen but no one told me until after I'd been sitting there for an hour and a half. I called earlier in the day and they assured me that they'd checked and tires were ready. Yesterday, my appointment to have snow tires put on was at 8am. When I arrived at the service bay after 6pm and a long drive from the east end, it was still not ready and no one called me to let me know. Previously, I bought cars from Myers Nissan and was a happy customer for ten years. Myers has now lost my business as It's not worth the aggravation to keep hoping things will get better.
