Booked car for specific time as I had an appointment...car was not ready until over an hour later. I missed my appointment that I had booked over 2 months ago, and had to reschedule. I was fortunate to get a cancellation the day following but had to extend my rental to 2 days when originally I only wanted 1 day. How to improve...have cars ready for time booked even if its booked online.
