Got charged for something that they advertised as free and got delays to pick up

I has terrible experience from.start as the store should be opened and it was closed. The website says the branch would be opened from 8am to 4pm. But it only opened later 9.30am. And closed earlier but 2pm. The advertising says unlimited mileage if delivered within same day, but Ingot charged by mileage even delivering the same say. After the excuse was that has to be delivered with store until opened, but the fact the store supposed to be opened until 4pm but got closed earlier. Not my fault. When received call saying about the charge, it was told that the manager would be contacting me, and never happened, instead they charged me.
