Service assistant didn't know his job very well as he misinformed me about the procedure my truck was to go through
Was led to believe the recall on my block heater was to just change the cord. It in fact needed to be replaced all together. Took me three tries to get booked in satisfactorily. The representative on the phone was rather rude and unwilling to take into account my situation.
