I'm the General Sales Manager and I'm disappointed to hear of your recent experience with us . I spoke with your Product Specialist and he explained to me there was a miscommunication when the numbers were presented he said "the payments include a remote starter and winter tires" not that they were included for free.
I can certainly understand your frustration if you felt they were free although we do not discount our Used vehicles as we price them on our Velocity pricing model. Essentially we do a volume business model rather than a model of selling less vehicles for a higher profit off each unit, as such we are already priced aggressively in the market which I'm sure is part of the reason you came in to see us.
I hope we can agree on this as a misunderstanding and with that in mind our Used Car Assistant Manager has already covered the cost of the Winter Tires for you and refunded you via cheque.
