Expectations fell well below standards!

My Sales Guy made the appointment for me and had communicated to the service department that I was getting winter tires installed on the car and at the same time to look at a couple of minor things. First, the Service Rep had incorrect information on the account (NBD). Then the Service Rep said I had to pay for the install even though I explained that the tires and installation came with the purchase of the vehicle. The Service Rep had to get assistance from another colleague to see if my statement was accurate. On top of that they wanted to charge me for their time if they couldn't find a fault with the vehicle. The main issue was that I couldn't replicate the issue with smart key not recognizing that its in the car every time. With spending so much money on the car...they are "nickel & diming". Anyways, what should have taken 15 minutes to check in and drop off my vehicle took over an hour & a bit just to get in the shop. At least I had a loaner for the day. I hope I don't get the run around and or trying to make me pay for things that should be included under warranty and Audi Care.
