Unsatisfied with not complete care of vehicle
Came in for warranty work on a chrome piece on the back of my traverse. They replaced the piece but did not wash the vehicle prior to replacing the piece. They cleaned around the part that needed to be replaced. This is doing the minimal amount. This was warranty work so no excuses for not doing proper work. My experience with my past dealership was everyone I would go for service my car was vaccumed and washed. I was surprised that I don't get this service at this dealership.
