Poor service
We bought a 2017 crv and this is our 3rd winter with it. We've had no issues with until this year. In the cold climate the engine will not hold temperature and because of this we get no heat in the vehicle. This is a safety concern as the windows do not defrost. I've called repeatedly and they keep telling me we are waiting for a fix from tech line. Well it's been since dec 24 and we are now jan 9 and still nothing. Not happy with the service or warranty. I even bought the extended warranty which was 2400$ thinking my vehicle would get repaired. Extremely dissatisfied with this dealership.
