Hello, When I was making the online reservation I applied a coupon code I got from a Discount email promotion. The quote came up as a total of $21.61, and I simply though it was a great promotion and I got really lucky, so I accepted it. After I confirmed and got the receipt email, the receipt basically said, "Thank you. We have just charged you $226.38 plus tax." I was immediately put off of course, so I emailed reservations@discountcar.com and explained the situation, just to see what happened and report a malfunction on your website. Unfortunately I got no reply... I do hope someone reads this feedback and responds. Ideally I would like some compensation for the misunderstanding and to have the website fixed.
