John Clifford made sure I was getting the vehicle and options that mattered to me. no pressure to buy something more than I wanted. He and Andrew worked with us until we were happy with the price/trade-in value. We then worked with Bruce to setup our financing which was not as painful as it is at other dealerships. Bruce explained our options and gave us his best advice re: aftermarket products but respected out decisions without pressure.
