Terrible service worst part of my entire trip overseas
-Phone kiosk took over 2 hours to complete. Then it didn't work
-Had to travel to car yard at 8pm
-Contract signed in car yard was different to dates I had booked online
-Car was not suitable for driving on snow and ice in winter conditions
-Called the day before car was due back to confirm place to drop off car and was told car yard and we would have a driver to take us to train station
-Got a call the next morning saying car was overdue by one day- no mention of this when I called the day before.
-Realised contract was different to the one I requested
-got to car yard and was told should have gone to station instead
-Got told there was no driver for us and there never was
-got no apology for terrible service
Had to then drive to car park at station
-car park at station was not suitable for us to lug 80kg of luggage as it was far away from station. Original option of driver would have been preferred or a warning it was far away to walk.
-Called to get car locked remotely and told I did the wrong thing and should have taken it to car yard and could I take it back there desite the fact that I was just there and got told to leave.
