They were NOT accommodating

Someone hit our vehicle. It was scheduled to go in to the body shop more then a week in advance. Discount had been contacted by the body and ourselves. We were provided with an improper car. We have a 2 year old son and requires a lot of things on a day to day basis (ie stroller, car seat). We had an SUV they provided a compact car without all-wheel-drive in Calgary with bad weather. We attempted to swap the car and they simply were not accommodating. As a result we went with a competitor’s rental service, who provided an SUV as well as an upgrade.
