I feel the service reps are in a very big hurry to move on to other work

I know that service departments can be a very fast pace environment. But customer satisfaction is still the most important issue. I was not impressed that my new canyon with less than 5000 ks on it had to wait at least 2 weeks for part. I am sure that management puts a lot of pressure on this department to move quickly from 1 problem to the next. In the end I felt short changed on this whole GMC experience. As to date I still don't have new part.
