Attention, attention to clients, acknowledge their presence as early as possible, be friendlier there's still some areas that can be utilized. Talk to clients when you're free, small talk,even if you are not directly assisting them. It felt like I'm not welcome.SMILE,SMILE& SMILE. Call clients by name whenever possible. The atmosphere at the "Service" dept doesn't live to its name SERVICE. Do not promise a timeline that you cannot deliver. It happened to me twice in a week. Your shuttle drivers saved your day. They are very friendly and respectful.
