Damaged the vehicle, acknowledged the damage, didnt follow up with me regarding damages as promised.

Issues mentioned in email to the service manager were not addressed properly. I waited over a month for parts to arrive. No one contacted me or reached out to me to let me know these parts arrived. I had to contact them. While vehicle was in for issues related to problems / damages the dealership had caused before, they had the balls to ask me for money after I noticed damages on my vehicle that were not there when the vehicle was dropped off. I am very disappointed with Schwabs and have thought for a long time about what I would say and do regarding this matter as they have decided to do nothing. So leaving this review will hopefully help deter others from bringing their vehicle here for service. I have damaged interior trim pieces from someone prying with incorrect tools for interior trim. After a month of driving with my reverse lights on while I waited for parts to come in, the tech did not replace or make sure the reverse lights were working and I had an inoperative bulb when I picked it up. I showed the service advisor all issues and said they were waiting to speak with the tech who was away and would have answers for me. I never got the answers.
