Right from the beginning I felt comfortable at Palladino Honda. Alex introduced himself to me and asked what kind of vehicle I was in the market for. I told him a CRV but I wasn't sure if I would like the CVT transmission. Took it out for a test drive by myself and still wasn't sure about, so I decided to think about it. The following day I returned with my wife and took the car out with my wife and Alex asked if he could come along to point out some of the features of the car. After that I was a little more impressed with the car and so was my wife. So we decided to try and make a deal and after some going back and forth with Alex, Rob and then Cody we came up with a price we could all live with so I purchased.
