Very poor customer service experience

Dropped off my vehicle for service, followed instructions to leave in overhang area and keys in lock box, filled out the envelope with plate number. When the service work was completed, I was called to pick up the vehicle and when I arrived there were no plates! No one questioned that there were no plates! No assistance was offered! Went to another dealership to get a plate to drive my car home and obtain new plates.

Catherine, I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience. It is not unheard of for vehicle to be dropped off without plates for service, it did not dawn to anyone that the plates may have been stolen. It is illegal for us to lend you a dealer plate, and my staff were correct not offering. While I understand that is difficult to hear, we will not break the law to satisfy a customer. Had we had a loaner vehicle available you would have received it as told to you my service advisor. Your experience has been reviewed with management and in future we will add verifying missing plates to our customer contact. We do want to thank you for your many years of servicing at the dealership.
