Catherine, I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience. It is not unheard of for vehicle to be dropped off without plates for service, it did not dawn to anyone that the plates may have been stolen. It is illegal for us to lend you a dealer plate, and my staff were correct not offering. While I understand that is difficult to hear, we will not break the law to satisfy a customer. Had we had a loaner vehicle available you would have received it as told to you my service advisor. Your experience has been reviewed with management and in future we will add verifying missing plates to our customer contact.
