Poor after sale service

Bought a Dodge Ram brand new in 2014 than not being smart got caught in a trap when they advertise big incentives if you come buy a vehicle again and in 2016 bought a Grand Caravan. Sales people are great at least until you sign on the dotted line but the after sales service leaves much to be desired. They don’t answer your calls, book appointments by date and time but will keep your vehicle all’s and into the next day with no regards to the fact you might need it. Brought van in the evening before for 9 am appointment next day to have noise checked and like they did previously with the Ram, they didn’t hear anything and because it showed low fuel, they parked it and called to get authorization to put fuel in at 2:48 pm. My error I hadn’t checked gas situation but call at 2:48 is late. Than they want to keep the van until the next day but I had an appointment in Alexandria about 2 hrs away to the east (van is deep west) at 9:30 am the next day. I called and left a message but they didn’t bother calling me back. BTW, the Ram needed a front wheel bearing when they “couldn’t” hear anything once warranty was done. That was another struggle to have them change it under warranty since they couldn’t hear what we were hearing.
