Oxford – “Appreciation” -1- favourable or grateful recognition

My last purchase experience at Laking Toyota did not make me feel appreciated. Oxford – “Appreciation” -1- favourable or grateful recognition, 2- favourable estimation or assessment, 3 - increase in value. I am what you would call a repeat client, starting in 2011, I have purchased 3 high end Toyota 4 Runners (2 were limited models) from the same salesperson. Due to my experiences with every new purchase, I have become more skeptical of the sales process and I certainly did not feel appreciation for my business from the last sale. This year, after I picked up the new 4 Runner, I brought the vehicle home and noticed an issue with the new vehicle. I sent a total of 3 emails to the salesperson and did not receive a response in a timely fashion, to come up with a fix. This is very frustrating for the customer and it went down hill from there. I like the Toyota 4 Runner product; I certainly did not feel I was a valued repeat customer from Laking Toyota. I did speak with the “Laking” Toyota General Manger regarding this recent purchase.
