Open lines of communication and good customer service
My CR-V needed warranty repairs which dragged on longer than expected. We were given a loaner for the weekend and we were sent pics of our CR-V as it was disassembled.
Just a great way to keep the customer informed and feeling okay with the delay that arose.
I also like how we weren’t made to feel guilty for declining recommended services (our car travels about 8 km per day so we declined a wheel alignment as it wasn’t out by much).
Overall, quite satisfied with our experience.
