Terrible Service

In January I was in the Kitchener store and put a downpayment on 6 appliances for a new home for delivery in July. The sales associate was Dave. Two weeks later I revisited the store to choose a different stove and was told by another sales associate after looking at my invoice that I had paid too much for the appliances and didn't I know about price matching. The price matching should have been done when I made my initial purchase. When I spoke to the manager Brett it took several weeks to finally get the price matching done. In May I was told that I would need to pay the balance so the appliances could be ordered, which I did, for delivery at the beginning of July. On June 23 I had a message from Dave asking when I would like my appliances delivered. When I called back to ask for a delivery date of Monday June 29, assuming the appliances were in he said they had never been ordered and with COVID it would take at least 4 weeks to get the appliances in!!! I now have a new home with no appliances. He was rude and uncaring. I asked for my money back. When I went to the store to cancel the order and have the money put back on my credit card they accidentally charged my credit card another $7000!!!! This took an hour to correct while I waited. I then went to Needles in Stratford and they had all of the same appliances in stock except for the stove and they said they will have that for me in a week. But thanks to TA appliances I lost out on the government rebate that was available in January when I made my purchase!!! I will never deal with this company again!!
