Not often the vehicle buying experience is enjoyable, too often you are left underwhelmed & feeling abused. This has all changed for me after dealing with Brad, Natalia & the staff at Leduc Chrysler. Never have I had a salesman be as straight forward & say "we can do that" or say no but be totally transparent why. He stepped up big time. Natasha was very thorough, explained what was the best path & again no running you around trying to up sell products. My test for customer satisfaction is always would you buy here again?
