Purchased two new cars recently at Hanover Honda and the experience was great. Every little detail was taken care of from the time we walked through the door of the dealership to the time we took possession of our new cars. (this includes all of the Covid 19 protocols which were in place at the time of our purchase) We went to Hanover Honda because of our great experiences there purchasing vehicles and honda equipment over the years. Cory Hayman greeted us as we walked through the doors and treated us very well and respectfully throughout the entire experience. Cory went over all of the fine details during the entire process and did not apply any pressure during our purchase. We were treated with the highest level of respect as customers and this is what I look for when purchasing vehicles or any other consumer goods. When we picked up the cars both were impeccably taken care of by the highly trained service staff in maintenance and if I knew their names I would have written them in this review; thank you guys. Cory made sure that we were both comfortable prior to leaving the dealership and completely familiar with everything in the new cars. Jeff Parsons also provided me with the best financing services meeting that I have ever had the experience to receive. Jeff explained everything in great detail and wanted to make sure that I understood everything about the experience and also the details on the path forward for the financing and answered all of my questions in great detail. We also purchased the extended warranty and rust proofing for one of the cars. Rob Lantz also provided us with assistance and excellent customer service all the way through the process. The office staff and the guys in the service department (Darren and team) were also very helpful and most certainly know how to treat customers. Thank you to them as well. You guys are the best and we always look forward to going back there whether it's for a new vehicle, lawn mower, service, parts or for a visit.
