I was impressed with the prompt response to my online inquiry, and they were ready to work with my schedule in order to provide the service I was interested in. I think there was a glitch with the online credit application, which was not ideal as it seemed like they had poor internal communication, but that got cleared up. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, no high pressure sales tactics.
