Getting a straight answer was lile pulling teeth.
The sales rep was professional and courteous, but I found my experience to be very frustrating. Do your research before you go in so you know your numbers. They like to use monkey math to confuse you and I'm a numbers person. It took more than an hour for them to finally tell me how they came up with the total cost so that I could add it together and make the numbers work. They are also fairly pushy and ordered my vehicle before I even asked them to do so. Overall, they are like every other dealership out there, no better, no worse, just pushy. Their continued focus on asking for a 5 star review was strange. It was even in the purchase offer (I refused to sign that I would gove one until the process was over). Had they spent more time actually earning the 5 star review, they would have gotten a better rating.
