Sat in my car for 30 minutes in the shop and nobody assisted me.

Arrived outside the shop and was greeted immediately. The assistant showed me where to drive into the bay. There was one other vehicle in the shop. I waited for 30 minutes and no service manager helped me. Finally the assistant came over and asked if I had been helped yet. I told him no. He went and searched out a service manager. Finally after 45 minutes my car was checked in for servicing and I could leave for home. Very disappointed that with one other vehicle in the service bay I had to wait 45 minutes to check my vehicle in. If I could take my warrantee work else where I would never return to have my vehicle serviced at your business.
